We want every homeowner who reaches Dependingexist Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

• How your call or contact with Dependingexist Tree Service went
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly, and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Dependingexist Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@dependingexist.garden and include:

• Your name and the preferred way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
