How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent tree removal provider. That person runs their own business. Dependingexist Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider gives the advice, the quote, and the service.
What happens next
First, you send your request or request a callback to check provider availability. Next, a provider in our network reaches out. They may ask about the tree. Size, spot, and condition all matter. They may ask for photos. Then they may offer a visit to see the job.
It helps to have a few facts ready. Where does the tree stand? About how tall is it? What is close by, such as a house, a shed, a fence, or wires? Clear details lead to a more honest quote.
After that, you get a quote. Ask for it in writing. Quote in writing, always.
What to ask a provider
Keep this list handy. Each question has a good answer to listen for.
- Are you insured? A good answer is yes, with proof you can see.
- What does the price include? Listen for cleanup, wood haul-off, and stump grinding, named one by one.
- How will you take the tree down? A good provider explains the plan. Some trees go in pieces. Some can fall whole in open space.
- What could go wrong? Honest providers talk about power lines, roofs, fences, and roots.
- When can you start? Timing varies by provider and season. Be wary of promises that sound too neat.
Red flags
- No written quote
- Pressure to decide on the spot
- Pay in full before any work
- No answer on insurance
- Hard-to-follow plans
You are in control
You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. You can wait for a safer time of year. Dry months and wet months each change the work. A provider can explain how.
